BIOGRAPHY

Camy Lázaro San Andres

I was born in Mexico City to a Mexican father and a Spanish mother. I have always felt a calling to explore, through my own process of self-knowledge and healing, towards tools and knowledge that would allow me to accompany other people's processes.

I trained in Clinical Psychology (Pontifical University of Comillas, Madrid. Class of 2003) and collaborated in the areas of disability and also in the treatment of intervention and rehabilitation of severe addictions .

In 2006 I began my learning path with the Master Plants . This happened at the same time as I deepened my practice as a Yoga and Meditation teacher, began my work as a psychologist and learned the Gestalt Tools. For me it is not possible to divide the synergy of this knowledge. I became a professional in Psychedelic Assisted Accompaniment.

I currently work in a private Psychotherapy practice , I advise on Psychedelic Assisted Therapy processes, I am a guide and coach with microdoses of Psilocybin and Iboga . And I am the Head-Heart of the Family.

I have had the opportunity to learn and work from different perspectives: the Systemic perspective , which looks at the Family System and the Lineage; from the Cognitive Behavioral perspective , which analyzes from the most practical perspective our ability to Program ourselves based on ideas, beliefs and behavioral habits; from the corporal perspective, which opens the floodgates to the unconscious, to memories and to the emotional body; from the authentic perspective , which proposes observing and listening to the wisdom of the process itself.

Through the tools of modern psychology , I support the processes of self-discovery and healing, providing the vehicles required in each case. Through my work, I invite people to dedicate a space of care and respect to themselves in order to feel and explore their own ecosystem, finding clarity and resolution.

With the assistance of the Authentic Bond that is created in therapeutic accompaniment , we find the inner strength and the meaning to articulate and activate the creative adjustments that are needed in the present moment.

Each person is a unique ecosystem.

Although diagnoses are useful and necessary,

a map is not the territory.
